When will I receive my order? TOP
Please allow up to 10 days for your items to ship. This means that it may take 10 days before your order is placed in the mail to ship. I know you want your order quick so I try to make them asap. I am still a working mom & each bow is custom made to order, so please be patient and allow time to ship. Thank you very much!
How do I clean my bows? TOP
Do not machine wash or dry them! Make sure to hand wash & air dry your bows. It will preserve them longer.
Can I return my order? TOP
